Hey everyone, been looking at A5s and trying to decide on what engine to go for. Seen mainly 1.8 fsi, 2.0 tdi and 2.7 tdi. Leaning towards an auto also. Any pros and cons would be greatly appreciated. Doing about 300 miles a week with mixed motorway and regional roads.
    Thanks folks!

1.8T is a little underpowered, 2.7 is a bit of a dog, 2.0TDI is a tried and tested. I think there was a 2.0T petrol too which is probably rare here for those years but there's also a 3.0TDI which had a good bit more poke.

Appreciate the reply, found what looks to be a well specd one with the 2 litre diesel, going for a look at it during the week
