    I’ll take it. He designed the current flag by entering his design into a school competition. (He was a student at the time). His design was chosen by Dwight D Eisenhower as the winner.

    Fun fact: he received a B- from his teacher for his design, which was subsequently upgraded to an A!!

The 1995 European Court of Justice decision which banned restrictions on foreign EU players within national leagues and allowed players in the EU to move to another club at the end of a contract without a transfer fee being paid, is commonly called the ********* Ruling, named after which footballer? Surname will suffice.
