Laptop wont connect to phones mobile hotspot anymore , any ideas?

Hi ,

My Dell laptop used to connect up to my phones mobile hotspot no problems.

Recently the phone shows up as an available network on the laptop but when I try to connect t it gives a can't connect message and I get that yellow excalmation mark over the internet connection bars on the bottom right corner of the screen.

The phone connects up with other laptops and desktops fine.

I ran all the prompted trouble shooting stuff but still no cigar.

Any ideas or is the laptop just past it ?
