They were only raided this morning.

Of course it’s a great place to buy a car. Don’t know why you’d need to ask..

The car sales operation appears to be a legitimate business because none of the cars on the lot were seized by the looks of it. It's the funding of the business and the people behind it that's suspect but the cars themselves are clean. So there would be no risk buying from them.

Except that if there's a problem with the warranty, I really wouldn't want to be threatening law (solicitors or small claims court) on them, they might not be the friendliest people to deal with, given their background. But getting zero satisfaction in that scenario is par for the course when you buy from an indie dealer.

That's the way of the world if it was a car garage that sold the car with bald tyre they be named and shamed . But these people can do whatever they like

Legal reasons I'd imagine as it's an ongoing investigation by CAB.

Anyone who'd buy a car from a dealer that's been linked with money laundering and thinks they'll be getting a clean car without issues or that they'll stand over it no questions asked needs their head shaken.

Yeah I know, but you know the way Boards shuts down pretty much any discussion on legal situations etc.

But it's just a matter of not naming anyone directly but make it really easy for for other posters to understand who you are talking about like a previous poster has done. You just have to know how to work the boards.ie system.

When the name is officially reported by the media then it's ok to have it mentioned.
Some posts trying to mention the place anyway removed.
