    not to be flippant and frank... but include any additional information you deem is relevant to make your case to show a tie with the local area, or requirement to live in that particular area.... thats NOT already answered in other parts of the application form.

    for example, do you have a medical need to live there?
    have you a long standing connection with an area through working there etc....

    but obviously, whatever you claim you MUST back up by proof
