Standard letter delivery time UK to Ireland

I am currently waiting on a letter from a clinic in the UK. It was posted last Monday standard international non tracked. I thought it would be here by now and can't seem to find any reliable expected times. Does anyone know how long postage takes nowadays from the Uk?

So far this year its been no more than 3 working days from the UK and normally 2.

Example letter from a UK court sent Monday arrived today Wednesday

Small point I've noticed in the past that the lack of an Airmail sticker means longer often week long delivery times.
