Car scratched

    The Wife was parked today and a car rubbed of her he was saying his sensors did not tell him that he was so near,now to be honest there is no real mark slight hairline scrape i guess it doesn't mean underneath has any issues

    She took photo of the registration and tax insurance details , she didn.t get his name.

    Does she need to have his name and how long does she have before she contacts his insurance

    Insurance info is enough to have. Contact as soon as possible if interested in making a claim.
