What's the spray that the French sub got on his hands?

Something along the lines of this.

Great work by Ireland with potential try

Larmour.....you're allowed to pass you know! Bummer of a turnover ot concede.

Not sure he was the right option really

Murray has made 5 poor contributions so far by my count. He absolutely butchered a certain try there.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,668 ✭✭✭✭lawred2

    Nah that's a knock on

He had a chance to ground it but butchered it

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,321 ✭✭✭crisco10

    Was there downward pressure?

    Hard luck Cian Healy

The ref has made a rod for his own back here

When was the last time the French were actually decent? Shambles of a rugby nation these days

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,967 ✭✭✭✭The Lost Sheep

    Not a try. Knock on
Has to show downward pressure. there wasnt any so french scrum

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,077 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

    That's a KO.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,321 ✭✭✭crisco10

France butchered that exit either way.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,477 ✭✭✭✭Knex*

He's unlucky there. Fair call, but that's a solid effort.

Scrum half got smashed too, so that's a positive :pac:

France have been awful. We should be putting them to the sword here. Stander, Henderson and Furlong having massive games so far.

RWC 2011 when they were robbed by the officials

Are all these french subs permanent??

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,123 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

We're all over them, but we should be more than just one converted try ahead.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,323 ✭✭✭A-Train

No need for that from Murray, Ireland had them under serious pressure there

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,123 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Our linespeed has been excellent. We're up so much quicker than in any other game this tournament.

I'm sure they'll all be "HIAs" knowing the French :p

POM has lovely soft hands when under pressure, some lovely quick passes there in those phases

    Yup. Was thinking same thing..

I’m confused about the attempt from Healy. Do rucks end at the try line? I originally thought the ball was still in and so Healy came in the side. Is the ball out of the ruck once it’s within the in-goal area?

Not much of a kicking game from Ireland today.

French discipline poor but the ref missed a couple of high tackles here...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,077 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

We need to score here after all this pressure.

Exactly. Once ball is in goal offside line doesn't exist basically.

We've also been in and around 22 for most of game.

We have left too many scores behind us.

Desperate stuff but French are hanging in there

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,123 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Nothing wrong with the lift on that occasions.

Just a straight over throw from Best.

Rucks can only be formed in the field of play. the in goal areas are not in the field of play so yes ball is out once ball is in in goal area

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,790 ✭✭✭✭Burkie1203

    Wtf was that from POM

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,123 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Murray's passing is dreadful. Slow and behind the man.

Sexton ragdolled by Dupont and co. there.

    Dupont is a fantastic prospect

Anything less than a two score lead at the half would be a disappointment.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,123 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

    Ah ffs.

    VdF has no luck.

His passes are causing the recipient to check their stride too often
