Fire alarm

So, I live in an apartment building.
I've been living her less than 6 months and the buildings fire alarm keeps going off, mainly during unsocial hours.
    In around 2200-0600hrs.
Anyone know what the best legal action that can be taken at this point? The letting agency is aware that the alarm keeps going off whether through faults of malicious acts but still haven't taken steps to prevent this Happening again.

The lift has been broken for nearly 5 months and there are always noise complaints against the people on the top floor for partying through the night.

Apart from the obvious option of moving out, anyone have any advice?

Since you are renting the management company, or the management agent, of the complex has no need to deal with you.

All you can do is hassle your landlord to see if they can resolve it or as you said move.

All the issues are common area issues so the management agent should address.

If your tenancy is managed by agent for your landlord relay the complaints to them and they should in turn liaise with the complexes management agent.

If the letting agent looking after your apartment is a different company to the one who manages the building(quite often this is the case) they wont have the power to deal with the broken lift of defective fire alarm but can only lobby the management agent to do so.

Are the partyers renting? If so third party complaint to RTB. The rest is probably down to people not paying management fees.

Look for the property on AirBnB, etc.
