    Hi All,
My partners JSB is almost up. He will be changing to JSA in a few weeks.
I am working full time with a wage of €450 per week. I just applied for WFP last week but now im worried that they will take his JSB into account instead of JSA and we will be left with a nominal WFP rate for 52 weeks?

Any advice on what to do please?

    His JSA will be €140.
If you claim WFP then his JSA will be reduced to €47.
    So your WFP will be €136 + €47 JSA + €450 wages. €633.

Thanks so much. Would we be better off to just cancel WFP application and reapply without applying for JSA?

The WFP and the wages comes to €613 that’s €450 wages + €163 WFP so the bit of JSA is worth about €20 per week to you. It’s really your shout.
