An alternative is Foleys which is a good spot for games, there are two parts to the bar, the smaller one is a nice spot for watching a game if you want to hear commentary. They usually would have championship games advertised on a board outside too.

foleys have 4 tvs showing all sports. just be there in time and ask the bar man
