    Big fan of jakob, after today he might start setting the pace for himself. He usually has enough to out kick the field. lewandoski always finishes like a train he should of pushed the pace a bit earlier

    Battle for silver was lost on camera. She stormed past the other girl...must have overcooked it..

    Muir in a different league.

    Ciara can be happy and proud there..top three place..and ran like a demon..

    Great run from Ciara....she arguably went a tad too soon but that is a tiny criticism : she'd no way of knowing how much Ennaoui had left in the tank

    Great result for Ciara following the great run from Mark English earlier. Great to see our athletes come home with medals. My smallies were shouting mad in the earlier race, hopefully some inspiration for them.

    Camera work for the 1500 women's race was woeful.

    That close up cam shot showed she never really put any distance on Ennaoui. I'd say she will be thrilled to medal....overall she ran a great race, especially from four laps out.

    Ciara looked so smooth down the back straight as she passed the 2nd placed athlete...I was convinced she’d catch Muir..........
