    Hi

I am trying to add MBNA as a payee on my 365online account.

Their account number is 0000 0000.

It won't accept this as a valid number.

    Possible to fix?

    Thanks

    Hi there NIMAN

    Thanks for getting in touch.

You will need to contact MBNA and ask for a holding account that international customers can use.

They should have an International Bank Account Number (IBAN)

If you've any more queries, give us a shout.

    Thanks,

    Lorna

I did call them, they said that the account number is working for most of their customers, it was only one other caller had the same issue as me.

My BoI account is actualy based in NI, so technically the UK, so I'm not an international customer.

Its a valid sort code and account number is other people are able to pay to it, I think the problem is more at your end, in that your systems don't allow an account number of 0000 0000.
