    Hi
Im not too sure on the terminology here but we have a gas boiler and in the hot press we have a handle that we have to put up or down to specify if we want the radiators heated or not.

    We have a Nest thermostat.

Is it possible to somehow link it up to that and get the handle replaced with a motor or something?

    Cheers
    M

yes, you could have the lever replaced with a motorised valve, ideally 2 of them so completely separate heating and hot water, you boiler will also need a bypass fitted if fitting both of them.

    Many thanks for the reply.

Would that be a big job for a plumber to do?

Also would you know if a smart thermostat like Nest would be able to control just the water or just the radiators?

    Thanks
    M
