A co-worker was clearing out his garage and gave me a few boxes of stuff (lights steering wheel etc.). I've sold some stuff online before but because its a few boxes I thought it would be better to try get rid of it all at once. Are motor factors in the habit of buying goods like this? I know I could go and ask but just thought I'd ask before I was laughed out of the place.

They are not likely to buy it as they don't know where it's from or if it's genuine or even stolen.
