Can anyone tell me how long you usually must wait to have your date in court with regards a personal injury case? Currently about to send off application to injuries board and I know it takes the guts of a year for that process to be completed, person I'm suing won't co-operate so nothing will come of the injuries board…

Can anyone tell me how long you usually must wait to have your date in court with regards a personal injury case?

Currently about to send off application to injuries board and I know it takes the guts of a year for that process to be completed, person I'm suing won't co-operate so nothing will come of the injuries board application bar a box tick exercise
