What part of the country are you from?

Cars got covered here from red dust from aughinish years ago.
    It could be something similar

the coolant level is the same. i dont live near aughinish.

one other clue i am not sure if its a red herring, but i get a tremor while driving at >70mph on motorway i was wondering if caliper might be stuck i noticed that there was quite a bit of brake dust on left front tyre and maybe that could be it. i need to take a closer look

Could be the dual mass flywheel on its way out(if it has one). Saw something similar on friends Kia Sportage.

Sounds like a bearing is going somewhere, rusty dust is usually from a failing bearing or similar, if its a lot then I'd be taking a good look around the engine bay and seeing if I can see if there is an area where its originating, run the engine at various revs to see if there is a squeal.
It can come from rusty pulleys as well, where the serpentine belt runs over them.
