    Hi All,

Anyone know where I can get information regarding the upcoming implementation of NZEB regulations for dwelling houses.

I am aware that public buildings must comply with NZEB from now on, but are there any formal publications / guidance documents for dwellings yet?

    Thank you!

    TGD L currently under review.

The draft TGD L is available for download on the DOE website. It is no longer possible to comment on it but if you download the version that was released for public consultation it will give you a very good idea of what will be required. Mainly better EPC and CPC coupled with 20% renewables.

DEAP 4 is apparently coming soon to allow designers to carry out the appropriate calculations.

Metric Tensor; thank you for the information, I appreciate it. However, I am failing to locate the draft document you suggested. Would you mind posting the link to the webpage please?
