DealExtreme - Shipment left on 7th Feb

Hey

I ordered a phone off the umidigi site which led me to deal extreme.. it cost me 188Euro and since ordering I can't get onto the account it was bought from..

All I have is the tracking number and order number saved ... contacted both umidigi and dx with no reply, I then contacted POS which is Malaysian company that shipped it to Dublin on 7tg Feb but nothing has been updated since and they couldn't inform me where my package was.

Anyone know what I should do should I ring head an post or customs or anything?

There are other sites you can check the tracking on just give it a google, track my parcel or something along those lines and if the tracking checks out ring customs

Yeah like the tracking tells me it was sent to Dublin on 7th Feb

Are you sure it got to Dublin on 7th? When was it ordered?
It might just have been shipped on 7th and if it was via normal post it mightn't get here until the end of the month.

It was sent on the 7tg from malaysia, just checked an post and it was sent to customs yesterday... I paid 175Euro for the phone how much customs will I have to pay and what do I have to do to get it back?..

Ugh what a joke should have bought it from Italy for 210 and got it faster ..

I thought you paid 188 euro for the phone.
