DealExtreme - Shipment left on 7th Feb

    Hey

    I ordered a phone off the umidigi site which led me to deal extreme.. it cost me 188Euro and since ordering I can't get onto the account it was bought from..

    All I have is the tracking number and order number saved ... contacted both umidigi and dx with no reply, I then contacted POS which is Malaysian company that shipped it to Dublin on 7tg Feb but nothing has been updated since and they couldn't inform me where my package was.

    Anyone know what I should do should I ring head an post or customs or anything?
