Hi guys, looking to buy a house and found a fab one but it has electric underfloor heating, any feedback of this would be great. Supposed to be expensive to run etc?

It depends on how airtight the house is. If it is an apartment it will probably be bad in terms of airtightness.
The one apartment I had it in I turned it off as £££ bills but I'm sure the above was a factor.
