I was working around the border last week and saw several instances where bits of ground adjacent to the border had been cleared/levelled. Aughnacloy and Strabane/Lifford were 2 for sure. I had read in the media where some customs offices are being built at Dublin port, but that's it.

Has anyone else seen or heard of any infrastructural preparations being carried out either side of the border?

Saw those myself in the last couple of weeks. Was wondering about them too.
