Basically a lower end series 2 NH TM with a different colour scheme. They would be pretty reliable. Check everything functions as it should. Probably has open centre hydraulics nothing major to worry about. Ask about or look out for signs of history of servicing including back end oil and filter changes, if it hasn’t been done or doesn’t look to have been done in a while, can haggle price over it and do it yourself then if you buy.
Most if not all of these had a vistronic (viscous electronic) fan on them, it should howl a bit after you start and rev it up and then it should die off when the rpm is held high. Sometimes they can fail or the cable going into it gets damaged and it will howl all day long at full rpm, you can hear them 3 mile away coming.
If it has electronic lift, check it all functions properly, potentiometers (internal cab and external ones) can go bad and stop it from working or cause it to do random things.
Brakes can be an issue too but more so on those that do a lot of road work so look for any evidence of that if it has been subjected to heavy road work or not. If it has just keep in the back of the mind that they may need to be inspected at some point which could result in a relatively expensive bill.
Being an 07, would have been amongst the last of them before the Puma was launched so a lot of the issues on earlier ones would have been fixed and implemented in production around then so not a lot to worry about. The DC transmission and driveline would have derived from the Fiat F series Winner on these.
See what you think of it let us know.

Couldn't get her into gear easily and a p32 code on the dash as well as a code p33 fwd was on full time ? Found her very hard to move but maybe that was just me

Couldnt get her into gear as in trying to get it into 1,2,3 or 4 with clutch pedal down? Wasnt trying to drag whilst doing this? Cables can have a bit of spongy feel on some of these older CNH tractors. Once it's in and you let up the clutch pedal, does the bite and engagement feel normal or not? Whole thing might need calibration to iron out some of the issues if there are any. Theres calibration for the high and low clutch packs, the FWD/REV synchroniser and theres a setup for the clutch pedal also.

P32 is steering angle sensor out of range, minimum voltage. There's very few of these I have seen that don't have this fault code on them. Theres a sensor below one of the kingpin bearings on the front axle that feeds steering angle back to the controller just under the right hand window. Main function is for auto diff lock and 4wd management (turns it off when turning at headlands and switches them back on again when you straighten up). Not many bother to repair it as it involves taking upper kingpin out to get at the sensor.

P33 is PTO in cab switch open circuit, most likely faulty PTO switch. Replacement of that should solve the problem, it's not too expensive either.

Going back for another look or walking away from it?
