Hi there, can i ask that does the company have to review the vat recoverable rate for the passing year 2018? if the recoverable rate for 2018 was revised, should an adjustment for 2018 purchase inputs claimed,be made in 2019 Jan/Feb vat return?
    Many thanks!

Not entirely sure what you are asking here? The vat rates are effective from a certain date until budget changes dictate otherwise?

    Example?

IIRC, some companies, such as fin services have a composite rate, which may be what OP is at here
