No signal, kind of...

This one has me weirded out, hope somebody has an idea of what is going on...

Freesat setup with dual feed working for 5 years rock solid no issues. A third single feed runs to the living room tv from same dish, this continues to work perfectly.

However the dual feed has stopped working when the f connectors are connected properly. However, if I just rest one of them against the connection on the box, it gets a full signal. One I screw it in, nothing. But resting against it, perfect! Second feed doesn't work at all. Nothing else has changed!

The key test here was using a second box and same issue, so confident it's not an issue with the box itself.

I presume I need someone to look at it and probably rewire, but before I do any tips?
