I made a payment to my account via BOI on 24/1.  However, Eir are still saying that the account is unpaid.  I've tried chat and they don't appear to be able to check any further than look at the account payment status.  How can I get this resolved?  BOI are saying that the payment was made.  This is how I pay every month without issue up to now.

I've tried calling, but can't get someone to speak with.  Eir really need to up their game when it comes to customer support.

    Hi Tropheus,

Could you PM the following details and I can check this?
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?

As soon as I get this information I will look into this.
