Is each unique FTP use recorded?
How many times someone used a train, which route, time, etc, using the FTP

and where does one ask for this data if held?

I believe each tag on is recorded individually ,

No idea where you would ask about,or who or what data you can request maybe ask the department directly

I wonder would someone get pulled up if they were using the card to travel from kerry to dublin everyday of the week ?

No. Who would pull you up and why?

The people who issued the card.

I find it strange that someone could use the card to rack up a bill of a few 100 Euro in train fares per week and not get pulled up on it ?

Pulled up on what? Using their free travel pass to get free travel?

Maybe we should start investigating people who go up for seconds at a buffet.

It's not free. It's just that someone else pays it. Of course it should be tracked so that any abuse can be investigated.

You might find it strange but free travel is unlimited in the journeys the holder can make. Why did you think it would be limited?

    Nope, its free.

The train or bus isn't being put on for just that passenger.

The free travel pass user isn't deriving the company of income.

You sound like a real joy, tbh.

I have closed this thread as I can't see how it is related to a personal issue with using free travel.
