Shed roofing

Can anyone give me a bit of guidance on sheet roofing types for a timber shed/den. It will have a fairly steep pitch and the important considerations are insulation (though I am not looking for pre-insulated sheets) and sound reduction. The roof will be insulated under the sheets.

I am looking at felt, corrugated galvanised, fibre cement, Oduline, profiled sheeting (? terminology, the sheets with little square ridges rather than corrugations) or any other suggestions. I'd rather pay a bit more for quality but want to keep it reasonable overall. Any thoughts, thanks.
