    There is no list of approved conditions. The criteria is based on your inability to work for 1+ years.

    But on the form there is a box for the doctor to put an ID code for the disability

    They need to know what you have and how you it affects you to make the claim. But there is no list of approved/unapproved conditions

    There are no “approved disabilities”. That’s not how DA works.
    You will get DA if you can produce sufficient satisfying medical evidence to support your claim that you are not available for full time work for the next at least 12 months due to a health condition or illness or disability.
