    Hi all,

Just a quick question that some of you may be able to answer.

If an individual ran a campsite type business without the required planning permission, and presuming they had public liability insurance, if someone had an accident on this unauthorized development, would the public liability insurance be null and void or would they still cover the property irrespective of planning permissions ?

    Thanks a million.

Depends on the terms of the insurance policy

No one here can answer that

Maybe you should apply for planning permission
