Hi, so as the title says, social welfare are looking for info for my pay as im trying to claim casual workers but the problem is I havnt been paid yet this month so I have no pay slips to say how much tax etc im paying.
Theres been mix ups with my pay since I started working, between issues with revenue, the secretary not putting my dates in on time, putting in the wrong dates and other issues.

I dont want to go in to social welfare to explain, the woman behind the desk bit my head off just for asking for the form, theyre horrible to deal with. Can anyone here give me information about what I can do and how I can sort this out?

    Thanks,

Keep at them. Inform them of the days you have worked and ask them to deduct your payment for that day until you are able to provide the paperwork. They should be able to make any adjustments if you were overpaid by them.

And keep a record (on paper, not voice recording) of to whom you have spoken, when, and what they said. You will probably get 10 people telling you 10 different things.

I had a similar problem myself. Put in an official complaint and it was sorted the next day.

Did they not send you a form for your employer to fill out? I seem to remember having to do this when I didn’t have my payslips.
