Good afternoon.

Yesterday when I got out of bed I could not stand up. Acute vertigo . Legs in one direction, head in another. Every time I tried I all but fell over.

Talking on the phone with medically expert family, who know my health issues, they suggested a type of migraine and we tracked it down to vestibular migraine. ( NB I am very isolated and we were stormbound) .

I had never heard of this and wondered if anyone here suffers this?

Thankfully even after a night without sleep in the gale, I am almost OK again now.
