What would be an effective method of removing stains from concrete walls and pillars other than power washing? I am talking about some type of chemical which could be diluted and applied with a brush. I have heard of stuff called Santrax. Has anybody ever used it?

Hypochlorite does a good job.
Buy it in any agri stores.
