I have Jury Duty next week, I recieved the letter late as it went to an old address. I have not responded yet and it will not reach the courts in time.

Will I be automatically removed from that day for not responding, I am available to turn up and plan on doing so but would this be pointless?

Ring the number on the summons and ask would be the best option

There is no person at the other end just information. I have sent off an email.

Option 6 is the one that’ll get through, and after midday is the best time to get them. Theyre quite helpful too.
(I had reason to contact them this week myself)

Even if you didn’t respond I would still turn up- the letter is a summons to appear
