CE complaints

    Does anyone happen to know where somebody has to go to about CE scheme complaints ie above a ce supervisor level ,
    A friend is asking I can't find anything other than general SW complaints

    Depending on the nature of the issues which are not resolvable with the Supervisor, a person can go directly to the Sponsor (the organisation running the scheme) for some issues and to the DEASP for other issues. Details here:

    3.2.23 Complaints Procedure
    Complaints related to employment matters should be addressed to the complainant’s Supervisor. If the complaint remains unresolved, it should be referred to the complainant’s employer, i.e. the Sponsor of the project.
    Complaints related to DEASP management of the programme or to decisions relating to eligibility should be referred to the DEASP Officer in the local Intreo Office with responsibility for the project.
