Have an idea, but just looking for some clarification
    • Non Executive Director, earning no more than a few hundred per month
    • Already has his own self employed profession
    • less than 1% shareholding

What PRSI Code should he be set up on?

When you say Non Executive Directors, do you mean that they are a director of the company who receive a directors fee for their position as a director and undertake no executive functions? If so, the correct class is Class S, on the based that they are not employed under a contract of employment. Percentage of shareholding is no relevant, once they are non executive.

If however they do more than act as a director, this could change the PRSI class.
