I've applied for a job for the above subject, I got a phone call from an recruitment agency and had 5 minute interview over phone and asked could I start Monday, I said yes, got a txt on Friday saying Job was put back until Tuesday, I've sent a txt today for an update on where to go and who to speak to (I know where the job is located but not who to see)

Do I go up to the location of the job and ask to speak with someone in charge or wait until I hear from the recruitment agency? or ring the agency in morning?

Ring the recruitment agency in the morning. This can all be cleared up with a quick chat.
