Social welfare changed my claim to casual/part time work?

Ive been on social welfare but subbing for the last number of months on and off, during this time my social welfare was suspended. When I finished a subbing position, I brought a letter from my school to social welfare and they lifted the suspension on my payments. Ive been subbing in the same school consistently covering different posts back to back for months. This was working out great.
Last week I was offered two days subbing and the following week I will resume to full time over a couple of weeks.
I told social welfare that for one week I will be subbing for two days before resuming to full time hours the following week but straight away they changed my claim to casual/part time work. So now I have to get forms filled out every week from my place of employment despite working full time/5 days a week. This is a nightmare as the secretary cant even get my pay inputted in time never mind fill out forms for me each week.

I have to go down to social welfare tomorrow to try and sort this out but I dont know what my rights are here? Im not a casual/part time worker but my employment isnt secure either as im a sub.

    Any help?
