Does anybody remember this TV series? One of my favourites of all time. Ian McShane as Al Swearengen was a top notch performance. Loved that bit where 'Jimmy the Dope fiend' robs a courier full of opium belonging to Al Swearengen

Great show, but fell victim to the 'curse of endacl'. They never last beyond 2-3 seasons once I show an interest. I also killed Carnivale and Firefly...

    :(

Possibly my favourite drama show, up there with Sopranos anyway.

They're actually filming the long awaited follow-up movie at the moment and it's due out this year.

    "Sweggen...Wu...Hang Dai"

Incredoble show. The long awaited wrap-up movie is supposedly out in May. Can't wait! Time to break out the canned peaches.

Overtatted show, Ian Mcshane was the only great thing about the show

There's far better shows out there like:

    Game of thrones
    Breaking bad
    The Wire
    Black Mirror
    Peaky Blinders
    Sopranos
    Vikings
    Boardwalk empire
    Battlestar Gallactica

it was fantastic … 33% of those shows you listed aren't even that good not mind a rival to deadwood.

It really looked like it was going to kick off the end of that last season. Damn shame. Loved all the inclusion of actual historical characters in it. Still watch it again yearly for a binge.

I'll agree with you on those three, but certainly not Peaky Blinders.

I'd agree with you on 2 but I did really like Battlestar even if the ending was poor

Battlestar was magnificent, it's like the wire set in space, deals with so many deep and complex questions about human nature.. it's a pity it has a terrible name and yes a slightly dissapointing ending. Vikings is underrated, the later season are full of battles and how could a man not fall in love with Lagertha
