    hi

I picked up a small pack of tulip bulbs and a couple of pots last week. Due to procrastination...they are still in a bag.
Am I too late to put in a pot? They look healthy.
Pot and put outside or would they need more love than that?

only bulb i ever planted before are daffodils but they are tough out and made it.

This is the year I make a gardening start! for better or worse.

    Thanks

edit: i'll pot them anyway and hope for the best

Your edit is correct. What have you to lose. They will probably come on and flower fine, if a bit late. Provided they are not shrivelled up or have 4inch sprouts sticking out of them they should grow. If you leave them in the bag they certainly won't!

They possibly won't thrive this year, but if you can get them established ok then they will do better next year.

Thank you. They will be in soil later today
