Hi, my girlfriend has been claiming disability allowance due to her heart problems and high blood pressure. We are thinking about moving to another EU country. I was wondering would it be possible for her to claim the disability allowance that she is receiving now in another EU country?

a condition of disability allowance is that you are resident in ireland, so when she moves shell be no longer entitled to it, and would have no entitlement in the new country either most likely

As wifey says, the answer is no.
