    Just curious what anyone made of this article, basically a long list of what over 50’s shouldn’t be doing, seems very prescriptive, don’t squat, don’t dead lift, don’t bench press etc. I would have said they are all fine but looking after oneself , form, recovery etc. are not to be taken lightly
