    1. Is there a way that I can get copies of old bills from Irish Water?

    Previous household bills are available for print using your MyWater account.

    If you do not have a MyWater account, you can sign up online at the following link: https://www.water.ie/my-water/

    2. I’m having trouble submitting a form on your website and I cannot get any further.

    Please confirm the web browser that you are using and send a screenshot of the error you are receiving. We can then pass this to our IT department to look into.

    3. My inside stop valve has seized. Can I turn off the supply at the meter in order to complete internal repairs?

    In order to turn off your supply from the public mains to your property, you can switch your supply off when it’s safe to do so, using the outside stop valve located in your meter box.

    Once the works are complete you can turn back on your supply, as the outside stop valve is on publicly accessible land.

    4. Who is responsible for maintaining Fire Hydrants related Signage?

    Irish Water is responsible for the public water and wastewater network across the country.

    We would advise that you contact your Local Authority regarding this matter.

    5. How can I check the status of my new connection application?

    Would you mind sending us a PM with the below details so that we can look into this for you:

    - Your full name;
    - Your contact number;
    - Address of the property for which you have applied; and
    - Your Irish Water reference number.
