Separation and Disability Allowance

    My husband and I separated 6 months ago. He suffers from mental health issues and will be resigning from his job due to this. Will he be means tested against my income, or is there some way to for revenue to consider us separately? We had bought a house together and I pay him 500 euros a month towards buying him out.
