I have a copy of a Land registry folio purchased from Landdirect.ie . On the folio at a specific date a new owner is recorded. Is it possible to find out how this was carried i.e. to see a copy of the relevant application form to register the new owner?

If you have a legitimate interest in the property, you can apply to the Land Registry for copy of the instrument for €40.
