    It returns Febuary 2nd!
Still presented by Lucy Kennnedy and the judges appear to be the same with Louis Walsh, Jason Byrne, Michelle Visage and Denise van Outen.

Love these Got Talent shows, there's always a WOW involved, somewhere.

Is the wow odd the judge or you?
From what I remember there wasn't many wow moments last year!

I do WOW, sometimes.... But since I heard some of the acts are already booked to appear on the show, that 'WOWED me in a WTF way...

Great to hear. Loads and loads and loads of crap dance acts, some prebooked acts that are actually half decent who "decided" to fly to Ireland because Ireland's Got Talent is the best talent show in the world and anyone else they bribed with free alcohol to come in off the street to audition.
If I was a judge I would be embarrassed to come back for a second season no matter the money

A lot of the reality shows are like this now. If the producers spot somebody they suggest they go for it.
It's very hard to get a wow out of me. I'd be very harsh and cold judge and I'd be like is that it.

This is beyond talent spotting, it's pro acts from abroad that people have never heard of

    Michelle Visage, too political.

Really good dancer, adding a certain camp factor to Irish dancing.

Like the cut of Denise's gib. Not afraid to say 'no' to the ok but fairly average acts that everyone else puts thru, but gave the golden button thingy to the beautiful ladies fighting cancer, and who are, I dont doubt inspiring some others in their fight.

I watched on record. The Irish Dancing lad was fairly good but we wouldn't get on I'd say. The traveller singing was alright but wouldn't be my style but I get how some would like her.
The ladies choir were good enough and will pick up votes.
Michelle's reaction to the Trump guy was way over the top.
They just wanted to highlight Denise saying No and then give her the Golden Buzzer at the end to make her seem nice. (She kept on changing dress for her No's)

I loved the Trump Guy he was funny :D

Thought the whole show was mediocre at best, more seaside talent show than primetime TV viewing.

    Watched on Catchup.

Enjoyed every minute of the show. Nobody taking themselves too seriously. The judges, on the whole, were encouraging - Denise may be a bit too severe, IMO.

I laughed and cried - so overall, what more could one want by way of entertainment? Loved the first guy, Declan Colgan from Mullingar, the Irish dancer, Sharon, the Traveller Lady, the "roasting" comedian and the "calendar girl" choir. Found all of the contestants entertaining one way or another, even if some were fairly forgettable.

I found him annoying last series, but I have kinda gotten used to him this season. At least, he's now given away his golden buzzer to a fairly deserving crowd, so we don't have to worry about him making some silly choice like last year.

Its not needed. Pity they didnt devote that time to other people who queued up for ages to audition.

A great act of grace and physical power but my god the camera operators are a disaster. Would be good to see the act again without the cameras switching all the time

I knew somebody who got down to final few for Hometown. He never really sung in his life.
He ended up auditioning by accident think. I don't think the standard was high.

    Great voice on him
