    Hi , I applied online for a car loan on 31/12 and received a text back .
    Since then I haven’t heard anything .
    Any hope of an update ?

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    Can you please check your junk and spam email folders also as sometimes our email communication gets redirected there.

    If there is nothing in these folders please call our Car Loan application line on 0818 200 334 and an advisor can give you an update on your application.
