Apple School Manager

    Hi,

    I recently signed a client up to Apple School Manager and eventually got the Reseller ID and Customer ID from a rather unhelpful and incompetent reseller.

    I have come a cropper at the MDM Server stage of the operation. Still haven't figured out fully if I need to purchase a subscription or not and help on the whole matter is sketchy to say the least on sites, especially Apple's site.

    Has anyone gone through the whole process who could steer me in the right direction? All help would be greatly appreciated.
