    Hey all
    Do you have to notify neighbours you are going to build a granny flat at the back of a house with planning permission.

    Not that i am aware of the planning permission would inform them. However, its always best to get the “feeling” of neighbours first. It saves time and effort later.

    You need to put an ad in your local public news paper. Up to you to personally inform them or not.
