I've been eyeing up the Ducky One2 Mini too. That preorder on overclockers is mighty tempting. I do wonder how I'd handle the lack of num, arrows, and F keys... I really don't like the ANSI layout on my current board, the A and D keys have a habit of "sticking" internally, but the main reason for wanting a smaller board is a lack of desk space. Should be getting a proper desk in the coming months, so might hold off and see if a smaller board would still suit then.
They're done through layers. So you can hold a function button and it would switch to a second layer which would have the arrows etc.

The legends for those are on the bottom of the keycaps so you can see everything when typing.
