Keyboard choice

I'm looking for a new keyboard for my setup. Mechanical is good but not necessary, but if it is mechanical it can't be too loud. Specifically I'm looking for a keyboard without the number pad, but including the arrow keys and insert/delete/home/end/pgup/pgdown block. I saw some sort of fitting the bill on Amazon but not…

They're done through layers. So you can hold a function button and it would switch to a second layer which would have the arrows etc.

The legends for those are on the bottom of the keycaps so you can see everything when typing.
