Hi my wife and I wish to apply for mortgage approval. However, I have just started a new job (€30,000 per annum, will go up substantially in 2 years). She is permanent (€67,000 per annum). We have the required deposit (€75,000) for a house in €350,000 range. What are the repercussions for us if we apply and we are rejected? How soon can we reapply? Could my salary be taken into consideration even though I have just started the role?
